The La Cygne Weekly Journal Linn County Saturday November 10, 1877 In Scott township the following road overseers were elected: District No. 1, W.H. ROBINSON; No. 3, Edwin HOPE; No. 5, John J. BLACK; No. 6, Z.W. LEASURE. In No. 4, the vote was a tie between E.B. POMEROY and D.J. STITES.
