MILLER, late of Linn county, dec'd, and a paper purportrating to the last will and testement of the said John H. Miller, and his petition praying that said paper be proved and admitted to probate as and for the last will of said John H. Miller, dec'd the 24th day of September 1895 at 11 o'clock a.m., and set for hearign said petition on and the proof of said will.
