WALKER, a member of the Pottawatomie Indian commission, has returned from Washington, D.C., and brought the joyful intelligence that President Harrison has agreed to issue an order for the Pottawatomie and Kickapoo Indians to take their lands in severalty. The proclamation of the president is being prepared and will be signed as soon as he returns to Washington.
