The Barnes Chief Washington County Thursday April 15, 1920 Sam COLLINS of Leavenworth section of the automobile license department, was in Barnes Saturday on business connected with his office. He tells us that there are 3200 car in Washington county and 249,000 in the state. Mr. Collins also says that many people do not seem to understand that each car you own must have a license. The licenses are not interchangeable. You must not take the license from one car and put it on another or you are liable to get into trouble.
