The Harper Advocate Harper County Thursday September 6, 1928 Patterson--Wright. On Monday, Sept. 10th at Cherokee, Okla., a wedding of much surprise and interest to their many friends here was performed at that city when Miss Doris PATTERSON, became the bride of Mr. Robert WRIGHT, also of this city. Mrs. Wright is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold PATTERSON of this city and her friends are numbered by her many acquaintances. She attended and graduated from the Harper schools with the class of '28. She is a charming lady, with more than pleasing personality and is held in high esteem by the younger set. Mr. Wright is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Wright, who until a few weeks ago resided here where he also has made a host of freinds. Mr. Wright graduated from the Harper school in 1927 and while attending school here was considered one of the school's best students. His winning personality will make a way for him in the future before him. The happy couple left immediately for Norman, Okla., where they will make their future home. They have the hearty congratulations of their friends.
