They were to the following couples: Thomas POWELL, aged 33, and Elnora PIERSON, aved 32, both of Coffeyville. Joseph B. FRANKLIN, aged 26, of Leavenworth, and Genivieve HEUSTON, aged 19, of Coffeyville.
