The Washington Register Washington County Thursday March 24, 1904 Effie Amy QUINN was born Dec. 16, 1874 and died March 22, 1904, aged 29 years. The deceased was born at Ireland, W.Va., and came to Kansas in 1883, was married to J.B. Quinn, Jan. 124, 1894. She joined the M.E. church at the age of seventeen years and died in the Christian faith. The funeral services were held at the residence by the Lutheran minister, March 23, and the remains were interred in St. James cemetery. A husband, two sisters, and a brother are left to mourn the loss of a devoted wife and sister, and they have a large circle of friends who sympathize with them in their bereavement.
