The Washington Register Washington County Thursday May 5, 1904 Garwood--Campbell. A very pretty wedding took place, Wednesday at eight o'clock, p.m. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W.G. CAMPBELL, of Brantford. The bride was Miss Laura, the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Campbell and the groom was Howard GARWOOD of Clyde. Mendelssohn's wedding march was rendered by Miss Laura Pfister of Clifton during which the contracting parties were presented. Rev. Moffett of the Presbyterian church of Clyde performed a very impressive ceremony. The bride was dressed in a pearl white taffeta with beautiful applique trimming. The groom was dressed in the usual black attire and both presented a pleasing and attractive appearance. After congratulations were offered a bountiful feast was served to about forty-five relatives and friends. They were the recipients of many beautiful gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Garwood have the best wishes of all who know them. They will be at home to their friends at Clyde.
