The Harper Advocate Harper County Thursday November 8, 1928 Barber-Boyts. The marriage of Miss Marie BARBER and Mr. Earl F. BOYTS was solemnized at the Grace M.E. Parsonage at Wichita, Wednesday, Nov. 7. The Rev. W.E. Callahan performing the ceremony. The young couple was accompanied by Miss Doris Titus as bridesmaid and Ross Troyer, best man. They returned to Harper Wednesday evening where dinner was served the members of the immediate family at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Barber. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Barber of this city. She is a charming and talented young lady, a graduate of the Harper high school with the class of '27, an will make an excellent helpmate of her chosen partner. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. M.A. Boyts of Crystal Springs. He is of the sterling young man type whose success in the world is assured by his industry and willingness to work. The young couple will make their home on a farm southwest of Harper. Their friends extend congratulations and best wishes.
