Stearns, of Sycamore, Ill., to Miss Annis E. COMPTON, of Plattville. Mr. Sterns is a farmer living four miles east of Sycamore. The above notice is copied from the Yorkville(Ill.) Record. The bride is a relative of the Wheeler family, of Scott township, Linn county, Kansas, where she visited last fall.
