    3. The Oskaloosa Times Jefferson County Friday August 25, 1899 Nace--Peterson. Tuesday night at the beautiful hoem of the bride's parents, just northwest of the city, Mr. John P. NACE and Miss Anna PETERSON were married at 8 o'clock. There were a large number of guests present, and the decorations of the home were beautiful. The bride is one of the best known and popular young ladies in the city. For several years she was a leading saleslady in Innes' store and until recently a member of the firm of Misses Peterson & Hutt, leading milliners. The groom is a member of the firm of Innes, Nace & Hackman an done of the prominent young business men of the city. For four years he was deputy postmaster with George Innes and proved a first-class assistant. He is a son of Col. Wm. Nace of Lecompton, late county commissioner, and one of the best known farmers and stockman in the county. Mr. and Mrs. Nace will be at home to their friends in their beautfiul new home just erected by the groom on the corner of Hancok and Ohio streets after September 1st.--Lawrence Jeffersonian-Gazette.
