The Colby Free Press Thomas County Thursday November 19, 1914 Forrest AUHLMAN, little son of Mr. and Mrs. Alf Auhlman, of west of town met with an accident last week that caused his death. In some manner while he was out playing he received a very deep wound on his forehead, and how it was done nobody can tell, but it is thought that the ran into a barbed wire fence. Medical assistance was summoned and the wound was dressed and it was thought the little fellow would get along alright but a disease set in which soon caused his death. It is a very sad occurrance and the sorrowing parents have the sympathy of everyone.
