The Topeka Daily State Journal Monday July 21, 1919 Deaths and Funerals. Claude C. HARDY, died Saturday at McFarland, Kan. He was born September 21, 1856. He came to Kansas in 1869. Moved from Topeka to McFarland in 1909. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Hardy, and three daughters. The funeral service will be held at Topeka cemetery Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Albert THOMPSON, age 23, died Thursday at Fort Sam Houston, Tex. The funeral was held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon from his home, 1442 Washington street. Burial in Topeka cemetery. The funeral of Mrs. Mary Ann HEDGE, who died Saturday, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the St. John's A.M.E. church. Burial in Mt. Auburn cemetery.
