Miss Pearl BUSSELL, of this city, and Charles NEWLAN, formerly of Osawatomie, but now managing a garage at Lone Elm, Kansas, were married at Paola by the Probate Judge, Wedeseday, Dec. 24th. Miss Bussell has been employed in the Miller Cafe fo rthe past several months, and has made many friends here. She resigned her position Saturday and will join Mr. Newlan at Lone Elm this week, to set up housekeeping.

    3. The Osawatomie Graphic Miami County Thursday January 8, 1925 Wilson-Gregg. Miss Estella WILSON and Hugh C. GREGG, were married at Ottawa, Kansas, Wednesday, December 31st, by Rev. Elliott of the First Baptist church there. They arrived at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Wilson, 301 Lincoln, Thursday, to partake of a 5 o'clock dinner. A six o'clock dinner was prepared by the groom's mother on East Walnut, where they will be at home to their friends. The wedding came somewhat as a surprise to their friends as only their parents knew of the marriage until they returned to Osawatomie Thursday. The Graphic joins with their many friends in congratulations and best wishes.

    3. The Osawatomie Graphic Miami County Thursday January 1, 1925 Death of Mr. Williams. David R. WILLIAMS, a highly respected citizen of Osawatomie, residing on West Main, died suddenly on Christmas morning at his home. Within the past six months Mr. Williams had been completing his splendid new modern home on West Main. He had been enjoying fairly good health and his death came as a shock to friends. The funeral was held at the residence on Friday and the body was shipped to Emerson, Manitoba, Canada, for interment. Mr. Williams came from Canada to Osawatomie something over a year ago. He was 71 years old, and was born in Wales, England.

    3. The Colby Free Press Thomas County Thursday June 15, 1916 Kleinhans--Jones. Friends were surprised and pleased to learn of the marriage of Mr. Benjamin KLEINHANS and Miss Sylvia JONES of this city at Goodland, on last Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The married was performed at the home of Rev. Ryder of that city. Two car loads of friends and relatives accompanied the couple and returned with them that evening. Both the bride and groom have spent their lives here and will live here in the future. The groom is employed at the Westermier factory and is a reliable trustworthy young man. He will continue his work at his present place and will make a success. The bride is well known here and has many friends in the city and in the eastern part of the county where she spent her early years. They have taken up their residence in the west part of the city and intend to make their home here. The Press joins with their many friensd in wishing them bon voyage as they travel the sea of life.

    3. The Item Linn County Friday October 18, 1895 Died. On Saturday night, October 12, at 1 o'clock the spirit of Mrs. Susan CONNOLEY departed this life. Mrs. Connoley was 83 years, 11 months and 27 days old, was born in Tennessee and moved from there to New York and then to Kansas where she has lived with her son, J.F. Connoley, the past 25 years. The funeral services were held at the residence at 10 o'clock Monday by Rev. I.B. Pulliam and the remains interred in the Pleasanton cemetery.

    3. The Item Linn County Friday October 18, 1895 Died.--On Wednesday afternoon the adopted child of Preston and Hattie WEIDENER aged about five weeks. The funeral was held Thursday and the remains laid to rest in our beautiful cemetery.

    3. The Item Linn County Friday October 11, 1895 John KEEAN had a narrow escape from being killed Thursday afternoon. He was working at the elevator when a big chain and block and tackle fell from the elevator, strking him on the back, cutting through his vest and shirts, bruising him up considerable.
