Everybody knows Will Hutchins to be a genial gentleman and a good and popular business man. His bride is unknown in Holton, but she must necessarily be an estimable lady. The Signal wishes them a long and happy married life. Mr. and Mrs. Hutchins returned from Colorado Springs last Friday. They will be at home to their friends after November 20th.

Mr. Glenn is one of our rising business men and of splendid habits. Miss Cary has lived in Soldier most of her life-time and has many warm friends.     3. The Brewster Gazette Thomas County Thursday March 6, 1890 Wm. BRUMWELL of this place has just received the sad news of the death of his brother, and his brothers child at Huron, Da., who died Feb. 12th, 1890. His brother died with the consumption and the little girl of "La Grippe." Their deaths occured only about one half hour apart.

PRATT received the sad news of the death of her only sister, Miss Sue DAVISSON which happened in Denver, Jan. 21st. Her death was caused by the breaking of a coal oil lamp, which set fire to her clothing, and burned her so badly that she died in twenty four hours after.

    3. The Kismet Klipper Seward County Thursday November 14, 1929 Opal Marie Cawley. Opal Marie CAWLEY, four-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Cawley, died Monday afternoon, November 11, 1929 from pneumonia which followed whooping cough. Everything that could possibly be done for the little one failed to overcome the severe attacks and the little life went out to meet its Creator Monday. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the United Brethren church and interment was in the Kismet cemetery. The Miller Mortuary was in charge. The sympathy of everyone in the community is extended Mr. and Mrs. Cawley in their sorrow.

The groom is the son of Mrs. Flora DODD and well known, having lived here all his life. The happy couple will make their home northwest of Kismet, where Mr. Smith is farming.
