I am new to the Kornegay mail list and am enjoying reading all of the exchanges and must admit that all of you are vastly more advanced in your research than I am. My line of descent is through Isaac Kornegay, son of William Kornegay and Elizabeth Outlaw. Isaac Kornegay married (1) Hester Harget. Their daughter, Nancy married John Whitfield and they had a son Isaac Kornegay. Isaac married Narcissa Outlaw, and their daughter, Narcissus Alice Whitfield was my maternal grandmother.
