Sheila, John's answer was "No," when I asked him if he had been contacted by anyone before now when I was asking him if it was okay to copy the book pages to anyone if they asked as he had just given me permission to copy it for others. He is not that upset, just wished it had been cleared before info & addresses given out on the internet about possible availability of the book. Remember, Ruth Westbrook wrote out Wanda B.
