Willis HINES b. 6 June 1769-d. 1819.(Sallie d/o Adam and Susannah (OATES) CARRAWAY. Not sure if I have children on this family or not. Sallie was sister to my Nancy CARRAWAY who married Henry KORNEGAY. Isler KORNEGAY b. 9 Jan 1799 NC-d. 13 May 1877 (s/o Isaac and Hester (HARGET) KORNEGAY) m. 9 Nov 1824 NC Sarah "Sallie" HINES d. 18 Jun 1806-d. 9 May 1871. She d/o Daniel HINES and Cloe IVY, Clow IVEY d/o Jane (TURNER) & Robert IVEY. Robert IVEY was bound out to someone at Wilmington, Del., This info found in KORNEGAY Bible, a smudge at top of the page blurs most of the line. Isler sold land to Alexander GRADY Jr before 1846 in Duplin Co NC (these dates on this family are from KORNEGAY family Bible in possession of the sister-in-law of Mrs. Garner Shannon of Belzonia, MS in 1963).
