Hello KORNEGAY researchers: I am in dire need of help on my KORNEGAY line which starts with George KORNEGAY>Wm KORNEGAY e Elizabeth OUTLAW>Zilphia KORNEGAY e Edward OUTLAW>Wm OUTLAW e Helon Whitfield>Nancy Ann OUTLAW e James Cicero WILLIAMS. I have the OUTLAW GENEALOGY BOOK by Albert and Abner OUTLAW I noted an impossibility relating to Wm KORNEGAY and David C. KORNEGAY Wm was b. 1762-d. 1812. They have David C. KORNEGAY's b. 1819 but they did not list another husband for Elizabeth OUTLAW KORNEGAY so I am questioning if David C. KORNEGAY was the son of Wm KORNEGAY and Elizabeth OUTLAW KORNEGAY. Another source has David C. KORNEGAY's father and mother as DAVID KORNEGAY and Charity O'DANIEL...Does anyone have them in their genealogy information? Does anyone have Mary Catherine KORNEGAY with a son William J. KORNEGAY. William J. KORNEGAY would have been b. about 1851 Does anyone have a Frances Ann KORNEGAY b. abt 1828/29 and if so who are her parents. Does anyone have her married to Blaney WILLIAMS The second source has David C. KORNEGAY and Fannie Ann KORNEGAY brother and sister. It gives his date of birth June 3, 1818 which is consist with 1819 that the Outlaw Book gives as David C. KORNEGAY's dob. I don't like admitting this but I forgot who gave me the second source---perhaps Jerry Murphy via someone else's work so if anyone recognizes this information and may offer help it is truly appreciated.
