Kathlynn, Have you tried the "file" section in the Kornegay site. Its really easy to upload to it. And then when you do upload to it you can add to or change very easily. I didn't even realize you have a actual working program in the file section that you can add to. I tried it last week and it is very simple to work. I think when you go to the File section and see your own file you can download it or see it here. You choose see it here. and there is your family file all ready to work in. I like it because also you can copy from it once you put info into it. I can't copy straight from my family tree file. If you have trouble uploading or finding your file let me know and i will "see" if I can help. I am self taught and I hate reading instructions. But I figured out whole bunches of stuff. sometime it takes a while but sooner or later it works. Plus I have never minded begging for help. On the upload express on the photos it can scan an deliver the photo or copy of whatever (i have done documents, letters, research paper & such as that) . Anyway what i am trying to tell you about upload express when you scan you can bypass your hard drive and send the picture straight to myfamily. It saves you hard drive space. black and white don't take up a hugh amount of space but color pictures do take up alot. I just upload straight to the myfamily if I have the picture. I can send them to anyone I want after i get them to myfamily. its pretty neat. Just thought this might help yall.
