And, also, to tell you that the Claude Moore article from Heritage, that you so generously sent to us, has "Jacob who married his step-sister Elizabeth Williams." There is a Red Hill that is about 4 miles (Duplin Co) from me where a Wiggins family lived for many years. I'm wondering if this isn't the place that you are interested in. It is in the neighborhood of where many of Jacob's descendents still live. Hadn't thought about it - but those Wiggins - some still live in Mt. Olive area could be related to Jacob's wife. Will check on this - the family that I am thinking about are Mormans and an Elder in their church. However I have not found out anything about a Red Hill in Wayne Co. Hope this helps.
