My grandfather, W. A. Kornegay, died in Kinston, NC, at the age of 24 before my father was born. So I know little about my Kornegay family. His tombstone gives his birth date as Oct. 22, 1893 and date of death as Oct. 16, 1918. He was married to my grandmother Lena Arthur. She named my father William Albert Kornegay. Is there someone that can help me make the link to my family line?
