If it doesn't look right here, it's probably because the character set that Internet mail uses as a standard doesn't include the Ö, so it can't be transmitted this way. On a Macintosh, you type first Option-u, and then Shift-O (as you would for an ordinary uppercase O). Using a Wintel machine? I can't help you. My condolences, and good luck! :-) Eric
