Hi, How wonderful to see a number of people already subscribed on this first day of OUR list (16 June 1998). Please feel free to share any any all data concerning the name KOEHLER / KOHLER / KAHLER and any other spellings of which I have not thought at this time. The more people who work together, the more all researchers will benefit. So, I will send out any data that I find on any of these name variations. Also, please feel free to send anything that is about genealogy. And, the more queries we receive, the more chances we will have to fit the pieces of our puzzle together. This will NOT be a list with a lot of stuffy rules. All that I really ask is that we respect each others views and be tactful and tasteful. With that said, we can all learn together.
