I've been putting this off and now I dug up my paper that my great aunt anna (grandpops sister) sent me. Here is the Koehler side I'm researching from germany/france (Alsalse Lorraine) My great grandpop: George KOEHLER born in france but in the war it became Germany. Born nov 14th 1860. Died Dec 21, 1937 of asthma. Lived and died in Cedar lake, NJ. My great grandmom: Barbara Beck. Born Jan 5th, 1866 in Germany. Lived in Newfield, NJ My grandpop George Koehler: Born April 23, 1904. Died Nov 20, 1973. Married Margaret Sjyatz from Dresden Germany in Newfield New Jersey. His brothers and sisters are as followes: Joseph Koehler: Born Feb 16, 1890 - died Dec 30, 1969. Never married Elizabeth Margaret Koehler: born March 16, 1893 died Jan 2, 1985. married John Wollman and had 2 children Mary Elizabeth Koehler: Born March 1, 1895 died?? Killed by a police officer on a motorcycle. Anna Barbara Koehler (this is my aunt that gave me this info and passed away 2 years ago at age 99) Born Jan 8, 1897. She did die but she didn't write her own death date and I don't have it recorded!! Ferdinand Koehler: Born Aug 28, 1898 died March 14, 1986. Had three girls; jean, myrtle and hazel and one son, bud and a baby that died. Married grace John Koehler: Born Nov 20, 190 died 1982 (december) Son, John R. Koehler in Louisanna Rose Koehler: married Rocco Albano. Born May 8, 1906 and died about 1996 or 1997 All the children were born on Laurence street in Philadelphia Pennsylvania except for Rose, who was born on the farm in WIlliamstown, which my mothers parents bought off of my fathers parents and my maternal grandmother still lives there. I know nothing else about my dads side of the family. If anyone else can go back further than this, please help me. Do I have any relatives out there??
