My mom remembers that her grandmother, Rosa Mary Cummins, daughter of Anthony Kohler and Barbara Cummins (presumably out of wedlock) had Huguenot blood. I have always presumed it came from the Cummins side. This information lends the possibility that the Huguenot blood came from the Kohler side. Does anyone know if a male sibling or cousin of Margaret Kohler married a Levan?
