=========== <<I'm descended from Michael Kellar (abt 1760-1816, d. Fairfax Co., VA); a flimsy family tradition says he was the son of Jacob and they were Swiss. Some of the family are buried in the cemetery on Queen St. in Strasburg, Shenandoah Co., VA. I've been trying to connect into the Keller group from Shenandoah Co., Va, who came down from the Ephrata area of Lancaster Co., PA, but, maybe incorrectly. In the Register of Overwharton Parish of Stafford Co., VA, his name is spelled Keeler (Michael Keeler m. Catherine Monroe of Westmoreland Co., VA), for whatever that's worth.
