There are apparently 10 speciaes of Knowltonia in South Africa, named for T Knowlton (b 1692), botanist and director of Eltham botanic gardens. Knowltonia vesicatoria is commonly named the "Blistering Knowltonia", so apparently not a nice plane to handle, tho' with attractive greenish flowers.
