He married Elizabeth Carroll who died 1896 (pg. 234) had 5 children: Sophia W. b. Jun 9, 1831, m. Nov. 20, 1852. Charles Perkins (pg. 234) Maria Carroll b. Apr. 26, 1833, d. 1884, m. Nov. 30, 1852 John H. Rice and had one child. (pg. 234) Elizabeth b. Dec. 3, 1834, d. 1847, m. George V.S.Camp, 2 children. (pg. 234) John Calvin, b. Feb. 22, 1837, married 1863 Susan Fiske (pg. 234) George W. b. Aug 17, 1839, m. Frances G. Clark and m. Gertrude S. Ely. (pg. 234).
