Briefly however, your test kit register number is 25787 , you received it at your home mailing address in the fall of 2004, returned it to FTDNA on October 22, 2004; and your results were sent back to you at that same address sometime later that year. Simultaneously your results were posted on the FTDNA home page via the Knowlton Surname Group, which you can access by going to: www.ftdna.com I sent you e-mail notification of this point at that time. The results themselves are available at all times. Although, after so long you may have to do some reconfirmation of passwords stuff. Sorry you have had this problem. I will stay in touch with FTDNA on this and pass the information I have on request as soon as received. Best regards, ck
