If you look at the 1850 you will see her as Elizabeth, wife of Abraham Knowlton. In 1860 she appears as Emily. In 1870 as Elinor. The consensus is that it is Elizabeth. Born in Arkansas. From a newspaper article someone in 2002 said her full name was Elizabeth Eleanor Desreusseau, and marriage Jan 6, 1837. She was the second wife. She was married at residence of James H. Lucas in Arkansas Co. [ARKANSAS GAZETTE and LITTLE ROCK TIMES]. Check mailing list archives for May 2002 to get message. Go to rootsweb's worldconnect and type in Abraham Knowlton b abt 1794 in CT.
