Alan Mary Knibb/Pargeter died 5 November 1885, Cropredy. Husband William Pargeter, parents Thomas Pargeter and Mary Claridge, was born 22 February 1809 and died 3 April 1875, also in Cropredy. Do you have any data re the Knibb/s families from Avon/Burton Dassett? I was wondering if Thomas, born 28 October 1755 was the son of Thomas Knibb from Harbury, Warks? The IGI certainly seems to bear this out. Looking at the A2A site, there appears to be a large number of Knibb families around that area. Ah yes, I remember the Cropedy additions. I have Avon Dassett for Mary which I suspect was given as her residence at marriage. There is a Mary Ann KNIB from Burton Dassett daughter of the two you've named. Does the Ann appear in any later records after her marriage to William PARGETER? Do you have his dates and any burial dates for the pair of them? I'll report on list in any event. bfn Alan
