Lesley I've not left yet and am grateful to Rob for making available an Excel copy. One reason I didn't choose that format is the ease whereby you can sort on a column and unwittingly change the parameters of all other columns making a nonsense of the data. However as I recall you can search an Excel table under more than one column heading - just be careful is my advice and do keep an untouched copy of the original so if you do mess up you can get back to the correct data. bfn Alan > Hello Rob, nice of you to help out.
