Hi Alan, Im at work so cant get the Gedcom with convict data to you yet but will re-send from home soonest. Meanwhile Ive been looking at some info on the web about William Nibbs (various) marriages in Tasmania last century, mostly on the Tas Archives Office Colonial Tasmanian Family Links Database at http://pioneers.archives.tas.gov.au/ Its not as good as the CD ROM BDM index I looked at in the library last night but does show some good info, including family links in some cases. >From this, I see that they have William Nibbs married Sarah Randell in 1847 at Hobart (not 1834) and that this William was born in 1805. (Sarah was born in 1799). She is also listed as Knibbs, or Randall Sarah, born 1801, died 1851 at Hobart. There are several more listings for Nibb/s and Knibb/s on this database if people are interested. Cheers, Stuart >Many thanx Stuart for the further info on Thomas and for these. > >> Two new convicts are: >> >> 1. Thanks Stuart for the reference to Colonial Tasmanian Family Links. Although I don't think any of my Knibbs' were in Tasmania, I did find some of my Hartletts there! My work is cut out for me for the next week :-) Natascha Hartlett
