I've now added the static thumbnail pictures of the Warwick Gathering to Page 10. These take you to larger versions where you can use the cursor to find out who's who. Just follow the on-screen instructions. However, Don has worked some miracles particularly on the Group photo which he will tell you all about. He also has a photo of himself after the event which I feel we must have on the Study website to complete the 'picture'. Three cheers for Don. Michèle has composed a sonnet of the event which appears below the slideshow on page 10 and is reproduced at the end of this email. I am told it is National Poetry Day on Thursday, so very fitting. I discovered that only the bottom link on the larger pictures from the slideshow was working correctly so have sorted out the top one. I hope no one struggled as a result of my ineptitude. Tomorrow or perhaps later in the week I will add some descriptions to the larger photos from the slideshow. I had intended mouseovers like the others but they take a heck of a long time to construct. Are they useful - [question mark/exclamation mark]. bfn Alan Host at The K/NIBB/S One Name Study Website - Quick link to http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/knibbetc/page10.htm Warwick - 29 September 2001 When I told my cousin dedicated K/NIBB/S researchers planned to hold a meeting his laughter shook the phone. "What!?" I waited. "So Alan's not the only one accreting births and deaths, producing his conjectures" "Not at all!"', I bristled, "This convention will have graphs, wall charts and learned lectures on world-wide trees (with some brand new extensions)." But then I panicked: could it be the list which occupies him day and night (it's true) was some elaborate e-mail hoax I'd missed? What if there was no Audrey, Don or Sioux? Relief - when rain-soaked through the door they came notorious and glorious, all K/NIBB/S by name.
