........If listers could mention what they have in a message to all, I will be happy to amend and update the website as a permanent record. All, My starter for 10. Most of my research is via the PR transcripts from Oxfordshire. I have checked the following parishes. Not all have K/NIBB/S entries but nevertheless, that in itself can be useful to know. Hi Don Sorry about having to get to you this way only I do not have your Email address. I see you have info on Kidlington. I believe that there was a Jonas Knibb baptised in Kidlington in1752. Any idea if his parents also had a son Henry. This is in hope of Anthony Camp being correct in Family Tree July 1998, reguarding my search for the parents of Henry. Richard, Yes, there was a Jonas baptised at Kidlington on January 12, 1752, son of John & Elizabeth KNIBBS. I can't see that they had a son Henry, but they did have Elizabeth, Job, George and Edward. There was certainly a Henry in Kidlington who was born at about the same time as Jonas. Unfortunately, there's no sign of his baptism at Kidlington, just a burial on Dec 19 1878, aged 28 years. There is a baptism of a Henry Phillip Knibbs on Dec 7 1873, son of Henry & Elizabeth, groom WP. This could perhaps be the son of the Henry who was buried in 1878. Ala, there's no sign of the Henry & Elizabeth marriage at Kidlington either.
