NSW Knibbs marriages and deaths Hi everyone, I recently went through the entire NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages index on their website looking for Knibbs listings from 1850 onwards, (I wasn't interested in ones before John Handley Knibbs arrived here that year.) and I found a whole lot of Knibbs marriages (10) and some deaths (4) that I hadn't heard of since they appear to be unrelated to my line (from Kidderminster WOR via Bridgnorth SHR). So they are listed below - does anyone claim them? I checked them on Alan's GRO and IGI indexes but the closest I came to a match seems to be that the Henry Knibbs who died in 1913 might have been the Henry George Knibbs listed on the GRO index as born in 2nd quarter 1879 in Windsor district and the son of James Knibbs. I also found that none of these "new" Knibbses are recorded as being born in NSW, checking the whole index from 1788 to 1905. The other really interesting thing, I think, is that there is a Arthur Knibb - Pamela Knibbs marriage! Are there any other known K/NIBB/S inter-marriages, I wonder? I'm sure Alan would know of them if there are? Hope someone can find a connection between the following people and their line(s). Their fathers met on a dole queue here in Australia and the families were drawn together because of the similar surnames. According to family these two families of KNIBB and KNIBBS were not related, until this couple married.
