I've extended my web page today to include a list of K/NIBB/S events taken from transcripts of the Parish Registers that maybe of interest. These events all took place in the same Parishes of Oxfordshire occupied by my line of Knibbs but with no apparent link to my ancestors. In some locations, I find this a complete mystery, especially so for Deddington in Oxfordshire where there was a large Knibbs population over the years and just 4 baptism entries out of several dozen that seem to be unconnected. If anyone can place any of the K/NIBB/S listed I'd be pleased to hear from you. If you do find a match, I may well have more data available. The information is presented in two ways. There is one list presented Chronologically for the years 1554 through to 1952. There is a second list presented by Parish Location. The most useful events are primarily baptisms and marriages where the full date of the event is shown. The hyperlinks from any of the given names links to a page to show what else (if anything) I know of the individual. This data is available at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~knibbs/.
