Hi Alan (+ others), I do have some news ... As some of you may know, I've been working as a Personal Injury Claims Manager for the last 5 years ... and today, I heard from a publisher who is keen to produce my book for me!! It suddenly dawned on me how many tales I had to tell, some funny, some poignant, some sad etc. so I began 'putting finger to keyboard'. The official title will probably be 'My life as a Claims Manager'. I understand that it takes a few months to complete the publishing component, but if anyone is interested or wants further information ... you know where I am.
