Rob Uhm. When you've clicked on the Overseas button you get a search form. Choose the years 1761-2003 and type in NIBBS - the default should be births. A list should come up with various named indices between various years and giving the surname range. There should just be one page to view for the full record. The first one I got was GRO Air Births 1947-1965 El FAYAD to SINGHI. There should be a NIBBS listed in its alphabetical order when you click on the page.
