OK, my Jerome Knapp had a son named John Knapp too. John Henry Knapp was born 1848 in Perry Co, IL He married Celia Harris and as far as I know lived his entire life in Perry co, IL. Jerome had a grandson named John McHaney Knapp born 1893. This John Knapp moved to MI, died in MI in due time.
