This may be a bit off of track, but I feel that it is important enough. This is for all of you who may be searching for the surname Knapp. I have come across this name twice in my research, and the connections are quite long. It struck me as odd, though, that there is so much information out there on this family, but no one database anywhere on the net. So, I have decided to collect and maintain a database for just this surname. I will be putting it on line after January 1, 1999.
