Paula, It's found at that URL I gave. Go to the bottom of the page and there will be a box that says, "You are invited to browse these pages for additional information" and then there are about 12 links listed. Read "What Can I Do" and then the instructions are on "Network Bondage". I printed them out and then went through the steps they mentioned while offline after reading through the pages first.
