    3. Folks, I am still on the mailing list. I am still descended from Luman Knapp who was born in CT about 1800. He moved with father David to NY. He then moved to Ohio - Ashtabula Co., Knox Co., Richland Co., before moving to LaPorte Co., IN in about 1855. I still don't know Luman's wife's surname. He married in 1819/1820 in Onondago Co., NY to an Anna ????. I also don't know all his children - John W., Hiram, Laura, .... I think Guy Wallis meant that Thanks Fritz for alerting us. But getting 100 mail messages saying that or I have it or I don't have it or ... without any genealogy information is excessive. (I thought I saw him even apologize for his brashness.) I believe Fritz realizes this since he asked for personal e-mail concerning any further talk on this issue. I for one was about to unsubscribe due to this excessiveness. Today's newspaper is interesting but getting 100 issues of yesterday's paper is not necessary. I would unsubscribe from that newspaper because now I have a problem of how to get rid of those 100 papers. Even if it were easy, it takes TIME. I personally think sending 200 people messages that contain just "I got it" or "I agree" are rude. Please put in genealogy information in your post for most of us who don't know you and have little or no interest in whether you got it or agree. Thank you for your understanding. Again, Fritz - Thank you. You were a couple days ahead of my company's alert! Cousin, Geof Knapp journalizer@juno.com wrote: > > mr. guy wallis: > your comments on 'this trash' are out of line!
