    3. Just a piece of history I stumbled across and thought someone might like to have. Conneautville Courier Crawford County, PA 1 Apr 1914 Frank F. Knapp has moved to the new tenant house of J. N. Corey on Center street; Charles Drummond has moved into the Faber tenant house on Water street vacated; J. G. Hadlock will move into the rooms in the Frazier building, vacated; H. E. Mathews has moved into the Bessemer Railroad tenant house near the station, and Varney Litwiler will move into the L. O. Slayton house vacated. Mert P. Wilder has moved in with his parents, Mr. & Mrs. O. H. Wilder, and Arch Farr has moved into the wilder house vacated; John Withers has moved from Meadville to the Robert Ransom house; Mrs. M. B. Millspaw has moved into the Mrs. Tew house. The Conneautville High school basket ball team were defeated by the Cambridge springs High school team, in the latter place on Friday evening, by a score of 22 to 13. The visiting team was short two of its players, Kingsley Brown and Raymond Ford, who are on the sick list, their places being filled by Elton Fish and Lee Ofensend, of the Texall High school team. The other Conneautville players were Glen Barney, Thomas Breen and Schuyler Wyatt. James Jolly accompanied the team and served as umpire and Howard Corey went as a substitute. The Conneautville team defeated the Cambridge Springs team here a few weeks ago by a score of 49 to 5, so our boys have the best of the showing.
