David sent the children of Polly Knapp and Allen Spencer--based on some of their names, Jenette and Abraham, I would say that Polly is Mary the daughter of Abraham Knapp and Jeanette Taylor. the other evidence is the note sent by Brenda that said Mary is the d/o old Abe from Greenbrier!! I did a quick look through all the indexes & find many Knapps and many Lockwoods. Unfortunately the index does not give first names. Quickly looking on the pages that have both Knapp and Lockwood I didn't see any that you are looking for. I will be away for a while, but will look for you more carefully in about 3 wks. I have transcribed the Last Will & Testiment of Anson Cornwall Knapp of Milford, Otsego County, New York. Anson C. is the son of Salmon Knapp and Betsy Stewart of Danbury, Fairfield County, Conn. Anson C. was born on 5 Jun 1808 and died 14 Nov 1890 in Milford. LAST WILL & TESTAMENT ANSON CORNWALL KNAPP 4 Feb. 1885 In the name of God amen I Anson C. Knapp of the town of Milford, County of Otsega and State of New York being of sound mind and memory do hereby make my last will and testament in measure and form as follows. FIRST. I direct my executor and executrix herein after named to pay and discharge in full all the just and honest debts that may be owing by me at the time of my decease. SECOND. I give and divide, and bequeath to my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named all my property both real and personal (not herein otherwise disposed of by me) in trust for the following uses and purposes: I direct my executors to sell and convey all my real estate after my deceased and back taxes as in their judgment they shall think best for the interest of my estate and provided it can be done without a sacrifice thereof, and for a fair compensation, and I also direct them to convert my personal property into money and after the payment of all just debts and the expenses of the administration of my estate. No they don't sell the supplement. They can only reprint books that the copywrite has expired on and evidently the supplement is still under copywrite. Best regards, Dick

Since I started it, maybe I should end it. This is not really a "sale." It's a periodic lower price. Wait three or four months, and Higginson Books will put it in their ad again at this same price. But, if you order it next month, the price will be quite a bit higher. Just wanted anyone interested right now to know that they should avail themselves or plan to wait some months. In each of their ads, they feature certain of their books as a lower price. This cycles around among the most popular titles. This is the 1953 Knapp Genealogy, no supplement as far as I know. If you order now, it might come in time for Christmas. Hope this answers all the questions. Tom Cornell
