My most interesting ancestor is my Grandfather,Kenneth Schmidt, he was born on Feb .23,1910 and he died Saturday June 12,1999. I say he was interesting not only because I loved him dearly but because it is the truth.He was able to tell me of times before electricity was the norm(like they didn't have it 24 hours a day),he remebers driving horses,cars and planes.He owned the first aeronica(a plane),he built dunebuggies,a bobble bike(it was a bike you bounced on to make it roll)it was made out of a regular bike with a 4x6,it still is used by us.He found out he had lymphoma a year ago a bought a paraplane(at 88),he loved flying that plane.Please go to my web page and read his story,it is under Grandpa's paraplane page.Please sign my guestbook in his memory.The link is below.
