Unless you have a first cousin marriage (which I don't so I don't know how that works in Generations) it is very easy to add in cousin marriages. I just tried it updating some information I found. When adding a child in use the + button at the right of the screen in the children area and add existing male/female child and it will then merge the information. If you have all information existing already, (although I haven't tried it yet) try merging the information (can do that easily in Family Tree Maker, can't see why you shouldn't be able to do it in Generations).
