I made a mistake. In a previous newsletter, I wrote the "Trail of Tears" when I meant the "Trail of Blood" as an excellent pamphlet containing a chart of the breakoffs of the Protestant churches. Sorry about that. I gave my only copy to a friend who was wanting to join a church but was confused by the plethora. It answered his questions and he was able to make an intelligent decision on his own. I am enjoying this discussion of the Baptist/Protestant discussion. Please don't be discouraged by those who don't care for religion or disagreement of any sort. Disagreement can cause great growth. Proverbs 27:6 says "Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful." Proverbs 27:17 says "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countanence of his friend."
