My 2nd great grandparents are Sara Jane Hyde and Oliver Peter Brown. Oliver peter Brown's parents are Amos Browne and Mary Ann Singleton. Amos Brown's father was Solomon Browne. The Hydes go quite a ways, back to GeorgeEskridge and his wife Rebecca Bonum who were foster parents to Mary Ball, who was George Washington's mother. jShe named George Washington after George Eskridge.
